I think that at the heart of atheism is the acceptance that we don't know everything. and that that is alright. There are some things, however that shouldn't take too much convincing, and considering i wasn't provided any special schooling to understand the world to be round i think that the whole realm of "Common Sense" has evolved and will continue to do so as time goes on. This woman is a great example of the sorts of people who really seem to have fallen between the cracks, probably having some problems in geography class looking at the continents wrapped around it and the big pointer with "You Are Here" on it sticking out and wondering what that was trying to symbolize. i dont think that religious people are stupid, not at all. I just think they are misinformed or in some situations they are the kinds of people who insisted on focusing on the details to an issue when they had an overall justification...
