Hey man,
Have a look at the class menu. It walks you through how to make the menu system and commands. All that is missing is the money, which is going to be a new variable on the player info. Let me know if you are lost. I know the concept is foreign and doesn't apply, but a good majority of the things i have written tutorials on over the years cover most everything you will need to know how to do in source.
